Just a heads up: make sure you're high enough level and have earned enough Cursed Points. Otherwise, you can't get the World Cutting Slash.
First, you need to reach a certain level and unlock the World Cutting Slash technique by using your Cursed Points. After that, equip the move in your ability slots, and use it during battles by pressing the assigned key. Practice makes perfect!
