Dodging hits in GTA 5 is all about timing, my friend! When you're in a fistfight, press the dodge button (Square on PS4/PS5, X on Xbox One/Xbox Series X/S, or Space on PC) right as your opponent throws a punch. It's like dancing, but with fists.
