Easy peasy! Just go to any control point you've captured. Look for the officer NPC and interact with them. They'll give you the option to donate resources like food, water, or components.

You just need to visit a control point you've taken over. The officer there will happily take your canned goods off your hands!

Why would you even donate food? Save it for your own survival!

Find a control point you've liberated. Talk to the officer NPC there, and you'll see an option to donate food. Simple, right?

In my experience, just head to any friendly control point. The officer NPC there will let you donate food and other resources. It helps boost defenses and morale!
