Downgrading Valheim is straightforward. From Steam, right-click the game, go to Properties, navigate to Betas, and pick the version you want.

To downgrade Valheim, open Steam, right-click Valheim in your library, select Properties, go to the Betas tab, and choose the older version from the dropdown menu. Easy peasy!
