Mortal Kombat 9 doesn't exist for PSP, so you won't find a legitimate download for PPSSPP. Stick to officially supported games!

Unfortunately, Mortal Kombat 9 wasn't released for the PSP, so you can't download it for PPSSPP. You can play Mortal Kombat: Unchained on PPSSPP though!

MK9 was never made for PSP, so your best bet is to play it on a console or PC. PPSSPP won't help here.
