Pro tip: Connect to a Wi-Fi network outside of school. Then, log into your Apple ID, head to the App Store, and download PUBG Mobile from there.

I did it by using my personal Apple ID on the school iPad. Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi, search for PUBG Mobile on the App Store, and download away. Worked for me!
