Head to the 'Vaults' section in the game menu, select either the logo or team vault, search for the desired uniforms, and download them.

You don't download uniforms in MLB The Show 23. You actually create them yourself using the in-game customization tools.

As someone who's done it a hundred times, just navigate to the Vaults, pick your uniforms, and hit that download button. Simple!
