Just get a Windows PC, mate. Valorant + Mac = headache.
Been there, done that with Parallels Desktop on my M1 Mac. It works but expect some lag and not-so-smooth gameplay compared to playing on Windows directly. Still, it's better than nothing if you're really into Valorant and only have a Mac.
