Sadly, there鈥檚 no way to download external skins on PS4 for War Thunder. You'll have to stick with what the game offers.

Officially, War Thunder doesn't support custom skins on PS4. Stick to the in-game skins and maybe try your luck with some of the events for exclusive designs!
