From the home screen, press the Xbox button on your controller. Navigate to Profile & system > Add or switch > Add new. Enter your Xbox 360 account info, and you're good to go!

Super easy! Just go to Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & passkey. Then, click 'Download Profile' and enter your Xbox 360 credentials. Voil脿!
