Draining water in Terraria can be super simple or a bit more creative, depending on your mood. The straightforward way? Dig a hole to where you want the water to go - like another cave or outside your base. Just make sure the destination is lower than your water level! If you're feeling a bit more inventive, use pumps. Place an Inlet Pump where your unwanted water is, and an Outlet Pump at your drain site. Connect them with wires and a switch or lever, then watch the magic happen. It's like plumbing but with more monsters around.

Honestly, why bother draining water when you can just build around it? I once made an underwater base instead of draining the lake. Best decision ever. Plus, you get to feel like an aquatic overlord.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
