I've done it a few times! I like to first draw the imposter's menacing posture and weapon. Once that's done, I add in the unfortunate crewmate. A bit of shading helps with the suspense!

Start by sketching the basic shapes of the crewmate and the imposter. Make sure to capture the iconic spacesuit! Then, add in the imposter's knife and the dramatic action pose. Don't forget the little details like the backpack and visor.
