Honestly, nailing Toga's crazy smile is key. Sketch her eyes with those eerie bags underneath and her signature fanged grin. Add details like her hair buns and scarf – voila, creepy girl achieved!

First-hand experience here! When I drew Toga, I started with her eyes – big pupils and slightly crazed. Then I moved on to her hair; it’s always a mess, so don’t worry about being too precise. That grin though, it took me a few tries to get right. Good luck!
