First, draw a big circle and then another, smaller one inside it. Next, draw the 'V' shape in the middle of the inner circle. Finally, add some lines and details to make it look like a coin. Done!

I've done this, and it's simple! Make a big circle, then a smaller one inside it. Next, draw a capital 'V' in the center. Add some lines to the top and bottom edges to give it that coin look.
