To drop items, go to your inventory and drag the item you want to drop outside the inventory window. It will fall into the ocean below.

You can't drop items inside your base or vehicles. Step outside and then drop them from your inventory. Good luck!

Just press F8 to open the feedback menu and then press F3. Now, you can disable the console and press enter to drop items.
