Been there, done that a hundred times! Just tap on your backpack, find the first aid kit, hold it down, and drag it to drop. Repeat as necessary.

Just open your inventory by tapping the backpack icon, then press and hold the first aid kit. Drag it to the left to drop it. Simple as that.
