How to drop the Spike in Valorant?
Dropping the Spike in Valorant is super easy! Just press the '4' key to equip the Spike, then press the 'G' key to drop it. You can do this at any time during the round before planting. It's a great move if you want to pass the planting duties to a teammate or if you realize you're about to head into dangerous territory.

I found myself in a clutch situation and needed to toss the spike to a safer teammate fast. Pressing '4' to pull it out and then 'G' to drop definitely saved the round. Quick and seamless!
Gotta disagree with everyone making it complicated. Just hit 'G' when you got the spike out. Simple.
