Just hold the drop key/button for a few seconds. On PC, it's 'Ctrl,' and on consoles, it's usually the 'Right Stick.' Voila, trinket dropped!

To drop trinkets in The Binding of Isaac, just hold down the 'Control' key on PC or tap and hold the 'Right Stick' on consoles. Easy-peasy!
