To edit your BitLife character, you need to purchase Bitizenship. Once you have Bitizenship, you can change your character's name, appearance, and other details by clicking on the 'Character' option in the main menu.

You can only edit your BitLife character's name and appearance if you have Bitizenship, which is a paid feature in the game. Just head to the main menu and tap 'Character' to make changes.
