To edit your friends list, open Words with Friends and go to the 'Friends' tab. Tap the friend you want to remove and select 'Remove Friend'. Easy peasy!

You can manage your friends list by tapping the 'Profile' icon, then selecting 'Friends'. From there, you can unfriend or block people. Done and done.
