You just hit the Arsenal, click the gear icon, and start moving stuff around. Easy peasy.
In your orbiter, head to the Arsenal, and select 'Gear' from the options on the right. You can rearrange and equip different gear items there. Simple as that!
From your Arsenal, select the little cogwheel next to your loadout. Swap and organize your consumables and gadgets to your heart's content.
