Ok, so it might sound nuts, but if the button fails, try a soft reset, then the button again. Worked for me once!

Just hit the eject button on the console. If that doesn't work, head to the 'My Games & Apps' section, select the game, press the 'Menu' button, and choose 'Eject Disc.'
