To enable debug mode in Sonic Mania on PS4, first make sure you've unlocked it by collecting all the Chaos Emeralds. Then, on the main menu, press Triangle, Square, X, and X quickly to activate it. Happy experimenting!

I managed to unlock debug mode after getting all 7 Chaos Emeralds. You'll be able to access it by pressing Triangle, Square, Cross, Cross on the title screen. Trust me, it's worth the effort!
