From a veteran Tenno here: Go to the Warframe launcher > settings (the little gear) > Graphics tab > Check the box for DirectX 11. Simple as that!

It鈥檚 super easy! Just open the Warframe launcher, click on the gear icon for settings, and check the box for 'DirectX 11'. Restart the game and you're golden!
