Sadly, the Discord overlay isn't available for mobile apps like PUBG Mobile. You'll have to rely on Discord's voice call features running in the background.

You can't enable Discord overlay on mobile devices for games like PUBG Mobile. Use the pop-out feature on your phone instead.
