How to enable long percentage in Geometry Dash

Actually, 'Smooth Fix' doesn't do it for me. I remember digging around settings but couldn’t find anything specifically named 'long percentage'. Are we sure it’s not part of a mod or something? Because in the vanilla game, I've never seen an option explicitly for that.
