Hop into the settings, navigate to Audio, and you'll see the 'Push to Talk' toggle under Voice Chat. Simple as that!

From personal experience, make sure you're in the Audio settings, find Voice Chat, and enable 'Push to Talk'. I did it last week and no more accidental voice chats!
