You can spectate enemies in PUBG Mobile by selecting 'Death Cam' or 'Kill Cam' after you die, or through 'Spectator Mode' if you're in a duo or squad and your teammates are still alive.

Just die and hit 'spectate'. It's that simple.

When you're eliminated, just hit the spectate button to watch remaining players, including the ones who took you out!

From my experience, after getting knocked out, tap on 'watch' to follow your squad or enemies. Great way to learn their tactics!
