Open your Fortnite game and switch to Creative mode. When you get into the Creative Hub, look for any portal (they're those glowing, floating things). Walk up to one, hit your interact button, and enter the code when prompted!

It's super easy! When you're in the main lobby, switch to Creative mode and then hit 'Play'. Once you load in, walk up to one of the featured rifts and interact with it to set your island code. Enter the code, and voila, you're set to explore that custom map!
