Did the True Pacifist Route, beat Asgore, and saw Flowey? Head to Alphys' lab, and you're golden!

To get to the True Lab in Undertale, you need to be on the Pacifist Route. After defeating Asgore and Flowey, the game will prompt you to visit Alphys. Go to her lab, answer a call, and then you'll be able to access the True Lab from there!
