Equipping the Barbed Hook in Stardew Valley is pretty straightforward. First, you gotta make sure you've unlocked it by reaching Fishing Level 6. If it's in your inventory, just open up your inventory, locate the Barbed Hook, then right-click (or tap if you're on mobile) on your fishing rod. It'll attach automatically. Happy fishing!

You know, I prefer the Trap Bobber over the Barbed Hook. Keeps the fish on the line longer, which is a game-changer imo.
