Craft the drill arm at the modification station, then just attach it to your Prawn Suit’s arm slot from the upgrades panel. Easy peasy!

First, you gotta craft the drill arm at a vehicle upgrade console or the modification station. Once you got it, swim over to your Prawn Suit, open its upgrades panel, and just drag the drill arm into an open arm slot. Bam, you're ready to drill!
