Arcanes are equipped in the 'Upgrade' section of your weapon menu. Just drag the arcane into an empty slot. Easy peasy!
Arcanes go in your weapon's upgrade menu. As a Warframe veteran, I highly recommend experimenting with different arcanes to find the best fit for your playstyle.
To equip a gun arcane in Warframe, open your Arsenal, select the weapon you want to mod, and then choose the 'Upgrade' option. You'll see slots for arcanes near the bottom of the modding screen. Just drag and drop the desired arcane into a slot, and you're good to go!
