Equipping a saddle in Palworld is pretty straightforward! Just open your inventory, right-click on the saddle, and then click on the Pal you want to equip it to. Make sure your Pal is the right type that can actually use a saddle. Not every Pal can be ridden!

Just drag and drop the saddle onto your Pal from your inventory. If it doesn't work, you might be trying to put it on a Pal that can't be ridden. Check the Pal's info!
I've tried equipping saddles in Palworld, and it's a breeze. Just make sure you're not in a hurry; sometimes the UI can be a bit clunky. Right-clicking the saddle in your inventory, then selecting your Pal worked every time for me.
Honestly, just hit the inventory button and click around till you figure it out. It's not rocket science. If your Pal can wear it, it'll wear it.
