Go to Franchise mode, head to the Team menu, and select Sponsorships. From there, you'll find an option to equip or change them. Easy peasy!

In Diamond Dynasty, unfortunately, you can't equip sponsorships. They're a Franchise mode exclusive feature. Happy playing!

Go to the Team tab in Franchise mode, under Sponsorships, and you can equip them from that menu. Done this a hundred times!
