First, you gotta finish 'The Deadlock Protocol' quest to get the Xoris. After that, go to your Arsenal and equip it like any other melee weapon.

Equip the Xoris by heading to your Arsenal, selecting a melee weapon slot, and then choosing Xoris from your inventory. Easy peasy!
