Exiting GTA 5 on PC is pretty straightforward, my dude. Just hit the 'ESC' key to bring up the pause menu, navigate to 'Game', and then select 'Exit Game'. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.

Honestly, just hitting ESC and clicking through the menu options is too much work. ALT+F4 all the way. Saves time and gets you out quick.
