You can reset an Xbox 360 without a controller by accessing the system settings using a wired USB keyboard. Plug it into one of the USB ports, then navigate through the settings to perform the factory reset.

Use a wired keyboard and head to System Settings > Console Settings > System Info. Once there, you have to press Y on the keyboard and enter the code: LT RT X Y LB RB X Y. Follow the prompts to confirm the reset.
