Just go to Cambion Drift and look around. They're everywhere if you have patience.
To farm Avichaea, head to Cambion Drift on Deimos during the Vome cycle. They're usually found around the surface near Enrichment Labs or Catabolic Gutters. Happy hunting, Tenno!
In my experience, best chances for Avichaea are during the Vome cycle near cave entrances. Targets acquired, Tenno!
