I got my Bite mod from the Hyena Pack on Neptune. It took a few runs but totally worth it for my Kavat!

You can farm Bite by hunting Hyena Pack Assassination targets on Neptune. They have a chance to drop it as a mod reward.

Just run the Hyena Pack assassination mission on Neptune. You'll have a decent shot at getting the Bite mod.
