In my experience, farming Gold Scrap is best in Palamides Temple. Tons of enemies drop it, so you’ll rake in a good amount.

Honestly, just focus on fighting in mid-to-late game dungeons. You'll naturally accumulate plenty of Gold Scrap without going out of your way.
