To farm Xaku, you'll need to complete the Heart of Deimos quest first. After that, you'll get the blueprint from Father in the Necralisk and then you can farm the chassis, neuroptics, and systems by doing bounties on Deimos. Happy farming!

Heart of Deimos quest is your starting point. Once done, grab bounties from Mother on Deimos to farm Xaku's parts.
