Hot take: Just buy the parts with Platinum if you can't be bothered farming!
As a seasoned Tenno, I'd say get friendly with the Plains of Eidolon bounties. They offer a bunch of the required materials as rewards.
For Zaw parts, make sure to hit up the Plains of Eidolon. Fishing and mining there is key for most of the ingredients.
Remember to stock up on Murkray fish parts while fishing. They're crucial for building some Zaw parts!
