To feed a Warframe to Helminth, you need to have the Helminth System unlocked, which is accessed by completing The Heart of Deimos quest. Once unlocked, go to your Helminth Infirmary in the Helminth Room, sit your Warframe in the big chair, and select the 'Subsume' option. It's like sending it to school, but grosser!
