First, upgrade your Warframe and weapons as much as possible. Then, go to the Ropalolyst Assassination mission on Jupiter. You'll need a mix of damage types to handle its shields and armor.
To fight the Ropalolyst, head to the Jupiter Gas City tileset after completing The Chimera Prologue quest. Equip your Archwing launcher, and make sure you bring a loadout with high damage output and good mobility. It's a wild ride, so buckle up!
