You gotta explore the Black Forest biome extensively; 2-star boars are pretty rare but tend to spawn there more often. Happy hunting!

Honestly? Just keep playing. They’ll pop up eventually if you’re active in boar-heavy areas like the Meadows or Black Forest.

From my experience, make sure to thin out lesser-star boars and let some time pass. It can increase the chances of higher-star boars spawning.
