Okay, first things first—check all the usual spots: under your couch, inside your couch, and between those deceptively spacious couch cushions! You'd be surprised where controllers like to hide.
Searched everywhere? Ask your friends or family members if they've seen it or mistakenly taken it. Sounds silly, but it happens more often than you'd believe.
Sometimes, I leave mine near the TV or entertainment center and then forget. It might also be tucked away in a drawer or cupboard nearby.
