I usually zoom out on the map and look for clusters of forts. They tend to be more common around areas with frequent player activity.
Hot take: Skip the manual search! Join an active alliance, and you'll usually get coordinates from your buddies.
Just keep scouting! Sending out scouts to explore foggy areas often uncovers lots of Barbarian Forts.
Easiest way? Just use the search function on the map! Tap 'Search,' type 'Barbarian Fort,' and voil脿!
