Brood Mothers usually pop up in Infested missions, particularly in Survival and Defense. Just keep killing Infested enemies, and you'll run into them eventually.

Brood Mothers? They love hanging out in Infested Defense and Survival missions. Just keep playing those and you'll run into them.

Anyone saying Brood Mothers are hard to find is probably skipping Infested missions. Go there and enjoy the hunt!

Farm Infested Survival missions for a higher chance of encountering Brood Mothers. Don't forget to bring some AoE weapons to handle the minions!
