Finding Dungeon Spirits in Terraria is pretty straightforward, but brace yourself for a challenge. You need to head to the Dungeon after defeating the Skeletron boss. Make sure it's in Hardmode, though! Once you're there, start defeating enemies, especially those with 100 HP or more. The key here is that for every enemy you take down that meets the HP requirement, there's a chance a Dungeon Spirit will spawn. They float around and look like eerie blue flames, so keep your eyes peeled and your weapons ready!

Just go to the Dungeon post-Skeletron, but it's gotta be Hardmode. The more baddies you beat, the better your chances. Look for the blue flames, can't miss 'em.

Honestly, you're wasting your time hunting Dungeon Spirits. Focus on gearing up and exploration; they'll show up when they show up. Patience is key in Terraria.
